Q: Is it possible to change race by purchasing a hero card?
A: No, unfortunately you cannot change race on Mabinogi.
Q: If you delete a character, will the character card disappear?
A: Yes, you will not get the
character card back if you choose to delete a character, even if it is
one of the free giant or elf cards.
Q: How often can you rebirth your character?
A: If all of your characters are under level 1000 (cumulative), you may rebirth each character daily.
If you any of your characters are over level 1000, you may only rebirth once per week.
Q: How do you change your character's appearance?
A: You can change your character's appearance for free by either rebirthing or using the dressing room feature in game. To rebirth, click rebirth on the main character page or log into game and click rebirth from the character window. To use the dressing room feature, click on dressing room on the gamebar and press the appearance icon. You can also purchase pons from the Mabinogi web shop to access premium hair, eyes, face, mouth and dye color.
Q: What are pons?
A: Pons are currency used in game to change character/pet appearances, buy in-game items for your homestead, etc. Pons cost Nexon to purchase: 10 pons = 1000 NX, 50 pons = 4700 NX, 100 pons = 9000 NX.
Q: How do you purchase Nexon?
A: Log into your account. Then go to Get Nexon >> Purchase Nexon on the top navigation bar. Or click on the yellow "Purchase Nexon" button under NX Balance Info, located on the side menu.
